Program Fees and Policies

Sibling Discount

A 10% sibling discount is automatically applied during online enrollment when siblings are registered within the same transaction session. This offer is only valid if registration for all eligible children occurs concurrently.

Billing Requirements

All tuition or program fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.  Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) and debit cards (Visa/MasterCard).

Installment Arrangements

For those enrolling in a full semester, a monthly payment plan may be arranged upon request.  Please reach out to Busy Bees Administration directly at info@bb101q.org at least 24 hours prior to registration to explore available installment options.  Monthly payment plans are established each semester.  Once a semester ends, the payment plan is automatically closed and does not carry over to the following semester.  Families wishing to enroll in a monthly payment plan for a new semester must contact Busy Bees Administration again at least 24 hours prior to registration to set up a new payment plan.

Withdrawal & Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@bb101q.org.  Refunds are considered only within the first four weeks of the program on a pro-rated basis.  A 5% administrative fee will be deducted from any approved refund to cover processing costs.

Late Payment Policy

If the credit card on file is declined and the outstanding balance is not resolved within 5 days of notification, a $30 late payment fee will be charged to the family's account.

Make-Up Policy

We do not offer make-up sessions for missed classes in either the After School or Extended Care programs. This policy allows us to maintain consistent staffing, space, and programming.

Program Pricing Policy

Tuition is standardized across all classes and is not adjusted based on the number of sessions that occur on a particular day of the week. Because the DOE school calendar includes holidays, conference days, and other closures that are outside of our control, some class days may meet more or fewer times than others. To keep pricing consistent and fair for all families, all classes are billed at the same program-wide rate regardless of schedule variations. By enrolling, families acknowledge and agree to this pricing structure.
