Family Incentives

A 10% Multi-Child Incentive is automatically applied during online enrollment when siblings are registered within the same transaction session. This offer is only valid if registration for all eligible children occurs concurrently.

Billing Requirements

All tuition or program fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), debit cards (Visa/MasterCard), and electronic bank transfers (eChecks).

Installment Arrangements

For those enrolling in a full semester, a structured payment plan may be arranged upon request. Please reach out to Busy Bees Administration directly at info@bb101q.org to explore available installment options.

Withdrawal & Reimbursement Policy

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@bb101q.org. Refunds are considered only within the first four weeks of the program on a pro-rated basis. A 5% administrative fee will be deducted from any approved refund to cover processing costs.
